Disease: A viral liver infection spread through blood and body fluids.

Dose Schedule:
- Primary series: Three doses given intramuscularly at 0, 1, and 6 months.
- Accelerated schedule: Four doses given at 0, 1, 2 months, and a fourth dose at 12 months for those needing quicker protection.
- Booster: Generally not needed for healthy individuals with normal immune status.
Side Effects: Soreness at injection site, fever.
