Complaints Procedure

If you think that the service we provide can be improved, please tell us. Our aim is to make the greatest possible contribution to healthcare, by meeting your needs. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service please speak to our Pharmacist or alternatively call our Pharmacy on 01245 – 258583.

If you feel you cannot discuss your complaint with us you may contact the Independent Complaints Advocacy Service or your local PALS office. Details for them can be found below.

If you are not happy with the outcome of your complaint you may contact the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman on 0345 015 40 33.
